1. How to fill the online registration form on Matchmonial.com?

16. Why can't I log in?
Have you registered? You must register in order to log in to the Matchmonial myprofile section. Have you been banned from our site? (A message will be displayed if you have.) If so, you should contact us to find out why. If you have registered and are not banned and you still cannot log in then check and double-check your username and password. 19. I registered but cannot log in!
Remember that after you register you must verify your email address by clicking on the verification link we send you. THEN, we must approve your account before you can login. If you did not receive the email then check that our activation email to you was not mistakenly placed in your junk/spam folder by your email system. If you did not receive an email from us and are sure the email address you used is valid and that our email was not mistaken for spam by your email system, then contact us and provide your username and the details about the issue. If you HAVE received an email from us telling you that we approved your registration but are still having problems logging in, the following will likely resolve your issue.

First check that you are entering the correct username and password. If they are okay then one of two things may have happened: if you clicked the I am under 18 years old link while registering then you will not be allowed to participate and we encourage you to find another website.

If you are using the MOZILLA FIREFOX browser you need to delete your cookies for the site. To do this, go to Tools, located at the top of your browser and select Options. Next select Privacy. Then click on the button that says, Show Cookies. From there you scroll down to locate the record for Matchmonial.com and click Remove Cookies. You should then be able to login.
